That was the smoothest van rental experience ever, we walked down the elevator to the baggage claim area and there was IMAGE Van Rentals. They were holding a sign with our church group's name ""FIRST COMMUNITY CHURCH"". They delivered the vans to the airport for us. We did not have to gather all 45 children, load them into a shuttle, and wait an hour in an off-airport office
Pros: They delivered the 15 passenger vans to the airport for us FREE
