I found Ideal Services from another review I read. They talked about how happy they were with their bathroom remodel so we used them as one of the contractors we got an estimate from. From start to finish they were informative, helpful and professional. We could not be happier with our completed bathroom and highly recommend them anything you need done around your home! more

Ideal Services=Super Services 3/23/2011

Had a problem with our heater last weekend when it got so cold again and discovered Ideal Services through our home warranty company. We were so impressed that even calling on a weekend we received a call from their office and had a technician arrive at our home within hours. Ramon was professional and polite and had our family comfortably warm in no time. We also learned they service electrical and plumbing so we will be using them as our one stop shop! more

Our heating went out so I called the home warranty company. They sent Ideal Services out to do the repair. When I called to schedule service I was initially told they couldn't be out for 2 days. But when I explained we had no heat or space heaters, they sent someone out later in the day. Erik was our tech and he was wonderful. We left the heat off and when he came he turned it on and of course it worked perfectly and he couldn't find anything wrong. But he did give us his cell number in case it broke down again. Which it did about 30 minutes after he left. Erik was at our house 8a the next morning. This time he found the problem and fixed it quickly. However later in the day the heat went out again. I called Erik and he was out about an hour later. He fixed the problem and it's been working great since. I was a little annoyed that it took 3 visits to fix (why I didn't give 5 stars) but Erik was great. He was friendly, polite, and very professional. more

COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! 9/23/2010

I am so surprised to find anything negative on this company! I discovered them through my home warranty company for our A/C unit, which was handled very nicely start to finish. In chatting with the technician discovered they also performed electrical & plumbing services. I remodeled my master bedroom & bathroom & they designed the lighting & help me choose fabulous bathroom fixtures without breaking my budget!! I am "somewhat particular" and I could not be happier...it is our own private little sanctuary. I just want to thank IDEAL SERVICES for helping me make it a reality!! more

Absolute Nightmare 9/16/2010

These guys were sent out by my home warranty company to fix a very minor plumbing issue. Honestly, I've never experienced such overall incompetence. The office staff that does the scheduling seemed completely disinterested in my problem, the tech was late showing up (2 hours!!!) and no one bothered to call to advise he was running behind. When I called them about the tech being late I was told they have "no control over when the tech arrives" Why even bother to schedule an appointment then??? The tech seemed irritated and grumpy and didn't have the proper tools to fix the problem. I ended up losing an entire day of work waiting on this guy to get the part and tool he needed and come back. This is not a company I ever wish to business with again. more

NOT SO IDEAL SERVICES 1/21/2010

I send out plumbers, electricians and other maintenance all day long as my job. THIS COMPANY IS BY FAR THE WORST I'VE USED IN 6 YEARS! I have to switch companies every time the warranties send them out because they are incompetent and will actually make situations worse! They do not know the meaning of EMERGENCY. The customer service is almost funny how rude they are. Working for a property management company for 6 years I have a history with them. They cannot even fix simple leaks. They change documents (estimates/invoices) for their benefit, they try to double bill. When you tell them you?re making a complaint or would like to speak with a supervisor, they laugh and say they are the only people to speak with. OF ALL MY EXPERIENCE WITH MAINTENANCE IN THIS TOWN. IDEAL SERVICES IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY TO USE, I AM SURPRISED THEY ARE STILL UP AND RUNNING. Pros: Absolutely none Cons: plumbing,HVAC,electrical,customer service, pricing! more
