Review content:
These guys were sent out by my home warranty company to fix a very minor plumbing issue. Honestly, I've never experienced such overall incompetence. The office staff that does the scheduling seemed completely disinterested in my problem, the tech was late showing up (2 hours!!!) and no one bothered to call to advise he was running behind. When I called them about the tech being late I was told they have "no control over when the tech arrives" Why even bother to schedule an appointment then??? The tech seemed irritated and grumpy and didn't have the proper tools to fix the problem. I ended up losing an entire day of work waiting on this guy to get the part and tool he needed and come back. This is not a company I ever wish to business with again.
