The electrician named Steven was on time, called to let me know when he would arrive, solved the problem and explained how all the electrical panels and outlets worked in our new home. Ideal services was called by our home warranty company for some plumbing issues we've had for a long time. JP (Jerome) came out and met our needs fully. He's very personable and let us know what he was doing to fix the issues before and as he fixed them. He recommended places to call for our other services needed, which was very helpful. Had Ideal out again today, one of my bulbs literally blew up one night & burned the string right in half on my backyard lights...see my photos. I thought they'd be a goner, I had Ideal install them several years backs for my parents 50th wedding anniversary soir?e & use them every chance I get! They're so beautiful I've had several neighbors actually stop by asking where I got them! They illuminate my yard with such a great ambient light & I just LOVE them! I always write reviews when I'm traveling & forget my local guys! Here's to you IDEAL Services! Thanks for everything! They've done landscape lights, interior lights, did all the electrical, plumbing & installed my a/c units on my home addition & recently the plumbing & lighting in my kitchen remodel! Had them come out for a plumbing leak from American Home Shield. They were true professionals and only took a few minutes to diagnose the issue. This was actually the second company American Home Shield sent out. The first one took my money and didn't even touch anything. Big thumbs up to these guys. more

wow!!! finally a honest company in Las Vegas AC REPAIR!!! After no ac in the middle of summer Ideal was the only company that was ON TIME and HONEST! As a single female I was already on high alert since I have no clue about a/c repairs. I had two other companies that told me I just HAD TO HAVE A NEW UNIT!! $7600!!! no way Finally third company was Ideal. All I really needed was motor!!! Ready for this?? Cost only 260 bucks!!!! Marty showed up and was clean honest and on TIME!!! Saved me and my pets from another night at a hotel. I will only use them in the future! Thanks again Marty! more
