I would recommend these guys to anyone. I found that they had reasonable prices, the service was quick, and the mechanics were friendly. I felt even more satisfied and comfortable with my choice of an auto repair shop when the owner himself invited me into the garage to actually show me where the problem was. more

I bought my 2006 used Montero Sport 9 months ago, it ran like a champ and had a 90 day dealer warranty. My AC was cold and I was happy with my choice. I had no problems with it until last month. I called the dealership and was quoted an outrageous price! I was stranded on the side of the road and started calling around towing companys. Im in no way rich and was begining to panic. I called my cousin and he told me arctic freeze offered a free tow, does quality work with reasonable prices. To my suprise all of this was true! Thanks Arctic Freeze! more

I have a 2002 Toyota Avalon which made 5/29/2012

I have a 2002 Toyota Avalon which made a high pitched squealing noise when I turned on the A/C. I brought it to the Toyota dealership where I was told I would need new belts and other parts to stop the noise. The total cost would roughly be $400. My fathers friend recommend getting a second opinion at Arctic Freeze, a shop he has used in the past and has been happy with. I took it there for a second opinion and they told me my belts were fine and they just needed to be tightened. The total cost was $15, the noise stopped and the A/Cs been fine for the past 3 months. I definitely trust Arctic Freeze and will recommend my friends to go there if they have any A/C problems. more

Most honest and careful technicians 5/28/2012

Most honest and careful technicians anywhere!. These guys are amazing! I have been taking my cars there for the last 2 years...since the first time a car dealer told me that I had to spend $800 to fix my car, and I went to Arctic Freeze for a second opinion...they told me that the car just needed a service, and fixed my problem for less than $100!!!! They saved my mom from having to buy a new engine on her car...Brett and Marshall there take the time to SHOW us what's going on with our cars, and to teach us how to AVOID having the same problems over an over again. We do whatever they tell us to do with the cars, and our family's expenses on car repair have been cut in HALF since we met them. I HIGHLY recommend them to you! Everyone in my neighborhood knows about them, and goes there...it's the best thing ever to happen to my car! more

absolute scum bags.. by far the most pathetic excuse for mechanics i have ever come across in my life. I paid $3000 to have these idiots rebuild my engine, and my vehicle hasnt stopped breaking down since..They, didnt even put all the parts back on my engine, and the ones they did, haven been falling off. Sad thing is these people suck soo bad, i have broken down within 2 miles of leaving their shop, several times now. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. more

FANTASTIC SERVICE WITH AWSOME PRICES 5/17/2012

My car broke and i wasn't sure on what to do. i didn't know who was good who wasn't. i called several friends and they told me about Arctic Freeze when it came to the prices. i did some more reasearch and came across this miracle company. They were quick, cheap and responsible. Marshall didn't leave until i was happy with my service and hestuck to what he told me.. Would reccomend to anyone. more

I SHOPPED AROUND AND WAS GIVEN PRICES AS HIGH AS $1,000 AND MORE THE GUYS AT ARCTIC FREEZE LISTENED AND UNDERSTOOD I COULD NOT AFFORD THAT AND WITH A LIL GIRL I COULDN'T DRIVE IN THE HOT WEATHER. SO THEY KEPT THE CAR A DAY AND I AM DRIVING WITH COLD AIR AND A FREE OIL CHANGE FOR $650 \r THANK YOU FROM ME AND MY FAMILY WHO I WILL BE SENDING AND MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL more

I've had great experiences with the staff and owner of Arctic freeze. I have always been treated ethically and fairly. Best of all, they stand behind their work. I had a part replaced and there was an issue. They did the right thing and replaced the part for free. Truck runs great and I will be happy to take my vehicles back to them for more work. Highly suggest......ANYWHERE else 3/25/2012

Ridiculous people, I think the mechanics dropped out of mechanic school. I took my vehicle there for one problem and came out with 2 other problems and the check engine light on. When I called them they told me to bring it back and after they ""checked it out"" told me they would need to replace 2 other parts. I would gladly sign a petition to have them shut down so they couldn't rip anyone else off. The owner is as said a fake and his brother Wayne seems like a drug addict stuck in the 80's. While I was there I heard the new guy some young kid with a poorly done tattoo on his fore arm talking to the brother about seeing how high they could get people to pay like it was a game they had. I would NOT ever take any vehicle of mine there again, and wouldn't even recommend them to an enemy. more
