Crooks who do what it takes for money 3/6/2013

I brought my truck in to be charged to find out I have a, and I quote,"huge leak in your evaporator where freon is coming out just as fast as it goes in." After being told this they said I could have them buy an evaporator and put it on for $950.80. Of course, instead of paying that I told them I will just come pick my truck up and handle everything myself since and evaporator is around 100 bucks. When I got to the shop I was told my ac was almost done charging. Now common sense should tell you that you cant fill a cup if theres a whole in the bottom of it. I was charged $102 for the "work" they did. My ac was back hot in a few hours of course. Also I was told I had bad U joints and my truck wasnt safe to drive. So after I left I went and bought U joints and went to put them on to find out that my U joints look like new still. They clearly lied in attempt to make some extra money and why were my u joints being looked at if I brought my truck in to get ac charged? Overall, I will never be going there again and I suggest no one else does if they dont want to be robbed. more

I have used this shop before an been happy with how they take care of the coustomer an there car as best they can. No BS here, they will be honest with you an do the best they can. You hear about going the extra mile to get it done well this place will go the extra mile. more

Disappointed 2/16/2013

Problem: A/C not cooling. They charged me for an A?C recharge ($110) plus they said I had a bad compressor relay (another $200). Manager commented that he had to pay for his mechanics. Won't go back. more

I askeds for diognastic for my 99 Lexus GS 300 person there I belive name was mike told me will cost for diognastic will be over $ 90.dollars I did asdked him it was too much then he did drop down to 59 dollars I was okay with it so I lef my car for them to find out what is wrong with it befor I left told him twice tha I ned the car after 2 hours when it is done they were going to call me back newer did I did called him they were still working on it and he keep asking me do you still want as to fix your car I said we already did talk about it how much was going to cost mike was agree that 59 dollars charge only so later find out they were closed gone my car was locked in the shop n ext day morning went there told them I am taking my car mr mike told me that I have to pay some vere $160 dolars I told him that he was agree that it was going to charge 59 dollars only he was kind of riseing he is voice I told him I would the call police than he went talk to some one come back made me pay $70.00 dollars ,I newer go back there again they are scam if they want to be on busines needs to be honest thanks ,mode more

Good Job 2/14/2013

Good customer service and the manager kept me informed about work being done. Only reason for 4 stars is I got the car back with the AC fixed but the same nagging noise happening which was my original complaint. Turned around and took it back and they fixed it in about 10 minutes. It was a piece of debris caught in the filter. Popped in a new filter and cured the problem. more

I had never heard of Arctic Freeze, I actually just happened to drive by it and thought I’d pull in and ask if they could help. Hey, by this point, I had nothing to lose. They guys there were beyond fantastic. I mean, I was hoping to make an appointment to bring my car in sometime that week but after explaining what I’d been dealing with, they looked under the hood right then and there. I had a couple of hours to spare so I walked across the street, got a sandwich, took my time, but by the time I walked back to the shop they had ALREADY figured out my problem!! Needless to say I was ecstatic… They repaired the problem, at a great price and even called a few days later to follow up with me and make sure everything was running alright. I would absolutely recommend Arctic Freeze to anyone that needs repair work done on their car/truck. And they have gained a customer for life in me! more

A+ service, 100% satisfied customer.\r I called when my car overheated and was delighted to hear that they offer free towing. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and found the problem immediately. The salesman explained what my issue was and all fees along with the warranty on parts and labor. They even drove me home while they did the work. The price was very fair and the employees knowledgeable. It was the best experience I have had with a garage and I would recommend them to anyone. more

I would recommend these guys to anyone. I found that they had reasonable prices, the service was quick, and the mechanics were friendly. I felt even more satisfied and comfortable with my choice of an auto repair shop when the owner himself invited me into the garage to actually show me where the problem was. more
