horrible horrible horrible! believe me u dont want to go there. not reliable, expensive, not organized and underemployed. ur money is worth more somewhere else. had horrible experience with them. payed over 300 dollars for just lettimg them yake a look at my car which they did 5 days after i FREE TOWED IT THERE! at the end i had to pay for the tow as well more

Positively the worst place I have ever had a vehicle repaired. There web site is a PR generated fake. I suspect any positive posts are too. They managed to do more damage to my vehicle than repairs. After more than a week and multiple attempts for them to make things right - it just got worse and worse. My vehicle has $1000 worth of broken parts. I had to take my vehicle to another mechanic to repair the damage that they did. Do not use this place under any circumstances. more

As one of the owners I find it important to have my vehicles repairs at our shops. It gives me the opportunity to perform a quality check on their performance and work. They did every thing I asked of them and washed my dirty car. Four men in the house And a dog. Lol. I'm always concerned with customer service and extremely high standards of job performance. The team at the location I chose this time did an outstanding job. No one was reprimanded. Lol as an owner I understand that mistakes can happen and the one thing I make sure that our employees do is take ownership and correct the issue. They did a great job on my car. And I am very sure that they put more time and effort on our customers vehicles as I make sure they put mine on hold while a customer is in need of something. These guys work extremely hard and in extremely hot summer weather. I'm proud of the team we have and pray that most of our customers feel the same way. We are your neighborhood repair shop and we care about our community and the people who live in it with us. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my review. I was a little hesitantly taking my truck here when I saw the other review above but I was in a bind and after calling around they were the only one in the area that said they could have me in and out within my lunch hour, after work that day I had to take a drive to Orlando and I wanted a couple things done. \r \r Well when I got there I was greeted by the owner himself which treated me great. I was skeptical about the time and kept starring at the clock and he came back into the waiting area I was half expecting him to say it was going to take longer than expected BUT to my surprise he grabbed the estimate sheet and my keys and said I was ready to go. I will be back! more

I dropped my vehicle off with a major A/C problem. The Vacuum lines were cracked, the compressor was bad, and the evaporator leaked. And because of road trip I had planned on taking over the holiday weekend, I needed it repaired ASAP. They were able to make all of the needed repairs in one day. This is the first shop that has been able to properly repair my A/C. Thank you Artic Freeze!!! more

I had an issue with my car and was unsure what was causing the problem. The friendly and courteous approach of the people made me feel comfortable. The diagnosis was done in a timely fashion, I was given an immediate estimate. The initial work was completed and also I was given information on a further inspection they did at no charge. I agreed to complete the additional work suggested by the staff and this also was completed on schedule. I am completely satisfied with the service I received, the price I paid and the friendly and professionalism of the staff. The proof , as they say , is in the pudding and if my initial reaction , that the issues with my vehicle have been completely solved, I will continue to pring my car to these people to address any issues I may have. Arctic Freeze is The ""Go-To"" shop for me. They have come through for me from everything from oil changes to engine work. I recently had them do some work on my mother's car for half the price that a different shop was trying to charge us. more

I visit the artic freeze about 3 weeks ago. I was not happy with your business. I was supposed to have my head light fixed on a Saturday morning. My car sat at the shop all day and had not been touched. I was not happy at all. So I will no longer bring my car to the east bay location again. more
