I recently had my vehicle serviced at Tufankjian Hyundai. It was an excellent experience. Very easy to schedule the appointment. The associates in the Service dept were courteous, well organized, and excellent to work with while my car was being repaired. I found the process to be very pleasurable. more

poor service performance 1/11/2016

I brought my vehicle in two weeks after purchase because of a scraping sound in the brakes. I brought the vehicle in four times, three of which were for service, and the department told me each time that the problem had been fixed when it actually wasn't. I also had another visit to ride around with a technician so he could hear the noise himself. I finally gave up and decided to live with it because it was so aggravating to deal with trying to fix it. more

Everyone at Tufankjian Hyundai of Plymouth are extremely friendly and helpful. When I went to get an oil change I noticed the sticker was not changed to show when , miles wise, I should get an oil change. Also there was a recall on my sunroof. They fixed that free of charge but before my sunroof had the 1 button opening and closing and now it does not. I have to go back to get that fixed. Overall I definitely would recommend Hyundai of Plymouth to my family and friends and will continue to go back to get work done on my car when needed. more
