Friendly staff but tired facility and wornout uncomfortable waiting conditions 6/18/2015

Staff are courteous and friendly, but waiting for your vehicle to be repaired is not a comfortable time. The waiting areas, inside and outside the facility are very uncomfortable. Best of all, mechanics leave vehicles filthy inside and out after servicing vehicles. more

Friendliness of staff and service dept excellent 5/9/2015

My only suggestion would be for the repair crew in garage to clean the cars inside if necessary after repair work. At times, debris from A/C cleanout and replacing cabin filter was left on floor and mats and cups and water bottles of repair crew drivers when test driving were left in my car. Didn't always put down paper mats either on drivers side floor. Hope this is helpful..Have been going this dealer a long time and very happy... more

Service manager needs work on his bed side manners 4/24/2015

The service manager needs to work on his problems on sending emails out for appts and then blaming the customer so very wrong and to shred the email that we had for proof he was wrong was very disrespectful more

Very pleased with first service appointment 4/20/2015

My new Sonata was serviced by Tufankjian Hyundai and was done expeditiously in a welcoming atmosphere. It is somewhat of a long drive for me to get to this dealership, but if future service is completed in a like manner, I'll probably continue the trip down. more

The reason I bought my second Santa Fe at Tufankjian of Plymouth was because of the service I received with our first Santa Fe from Bill and Brian, always accommadating when making an appointment, also stopped by without appointment and took car right away, I know car is in good hands when with them. more
