Review content:
I brought my vehicle in two weeks after purchase because of a scraping sound in the brakes. I brought the vehicle in four times, three of which were for service, and the department told me each time that the problem had been fixed when it actually wasn't. I also had another visit to ride around with a technician so he could hear the noise himself. I finally gave up and decided to live with it because it was so aggravating to deal with trying to fix it.
