Air Conditioner quit in the afternoon when it was super hot and muggy. Called for someone and Steve came out in less than two hours. He checked and worked on everything to find the problem. He was dripping wet, but kept going and found the problem. He went above and beyond to get us cool again. Thanks Steve more

BEST run company in the Coachella Valley. They care about you as a customer and a person. Always show respect and you can rely upon them to be there when you need them. The Tech's are great as well as their office staff. Have used their services for years and refer all my friends and family to them. Their pricing is in line with all the other companies but knowing they are a company you can trust means even more. more

Hyde's is The Best in Their Field! 4/14/2017

From one of the owners, Michael Hyde, coming to my home and sitting down with me to patiently and thoroughly explain his proposal for a new split ductless system in my garage, to the service I regularly receive as a contract customer, these folks cannot be beat for price, professionalism, and friendliness! Casey Harrison serviced both my A/C units today and installed a new, bright, big number thermostat for me at my request. Now I can see the thermostat again! He was diligent, professional and very informative and patient with my questions. You will not find a better HVAC company than Hyde's! more

AMAZING!! 6/25/2015

I had one of those UGLY intermittent electrical problems with my A/C unit. From my initial conversation with Kersey(sp) to my final bill, the customer service was AMAZING. It's been so pleasant finding a company that truly cares. It's pretty rare these days. I give special recognition to my tech. GREG. He always showed up, after hours, with a smile as he ventured into my 120 degree attic. He spent many hours troubleshooting my system until the problem was narrowed down. He explained everything to me in detail which I truly appreciated. From his hours spent to the cost of replacement parts, the company took a hit on this job. Through their fairness and integrity, they have won this customer for life. I will always call them first for any future projects. more

We had an A/C leak that wasn't noticed until after hours and after calling 2 other dealers called Hydes! 7/1/2014

This wonderful young man named Steve Martin came to us and what a relief! He was able to clear the drain in no time and had our A/C back on within minutes. Was set up for Steve to come back next morning to do our maintenance which was badly needed. Apparently the company that did our maintenance last year did a lousy job and they are now off our list and Hydes definitely on for us from now on. Now all we have to do is get our carpet dried out and we are back to normal again. Thank you so very much Steve, you are a first class wonder and we appreciate all that you did for us. Excellent family owned business 2/9/2014

Hyde's was one of a few businesses participating in the Palm Desert Energy program and I came to picking them from the good recommendations of other neighbors. I had an entirely new and updated system, including air ducts, installed in my home and it was done efficiently and clean. The office staff is friendly and helpful and has always performed outstanding. I would highly recommend them, and have assigned my ongoing maintenance to them, especially with their easy pay system of only $12 per month. This family owned and run business is peace of mind to me on those cold and extremely hot summer days. more

After considerable research I selected Hyde's to install a new system. Wow one of the few things I've done right. They came over because someone said they heard a noise on my roof. They didn't find anything, but I signed a yearly contract with them. So far everything has been fine. The service guy last time they came was excellent. He was really conscientious of everything. more

Great repairs and no problems with the new unit they put in! 2/27/2013

Hyde's Air Conditioning has done repairs and maintenance on our old air conditioning system which were great. More recently, they installed a new AC system about a month ago and it is working well, no problems. Happy to use them. more

This is the second service call Denny has been to my home. Both time he was wonderful, his work was clean, quick & the problem was fix. What more can you ask for--also arrived on time. Also Kristy who ansewered the my call was wonderful & very helpful. more

The workers from Hyde Air Conditioning were quick, efficient, and seemed knowledgeable. They left my home in surprisingly good order. They came cleanly dressed and on time. They were also able to get the door on my cabinet back on without having to patch anything. more

We really desperately needed service and we called Hyde Air Conditioning. I had a friend who had used Hyde Air Conditioning. Hyde Air Conditioning came out, and was prompt and helpful. The whole experience was very good. They put in an air conditioner for us. I would tell potential customers to try Hyde Air Conditioning! more

They gave me a fair price, excellent service and follow-up, and they were on time. 2/24/2011

I decided to use Hyde Air Conditioning because they were one of 3 companies approved by the city of Palm Desert to get a full amount of rebates. I had 5 bids and only 2 qualified for that Palm Desert rebate. Hyde Air Conditioning did an excellent job. They put a new, complete air conditioning/heating unit in for me and redid all of the ducts in my condominium. Everything was done on time and they gave me a fair price.
