I had one of those UGLY intermittent electrical problems with my A/C unit. From my initial conversation with Kersey(sp) to my final bill, the customer service was AMAZING. It's been so pleasant finding a company that truly cares. It's pretty rare these days. I give special recognition to my tech. GREG. He always showed up, after hours, with a smile as he ventured into my 120 degree attic. He spent many hours troubleshooting my system until the problem was narrowed down. He explained everything to me in detail which I truly appreciated. From his hours spent to the cost of replacement parts, the company took a hit on this job. Through their fairness and integrity, they have won this customer for life. I will always call them first for any future projects.
