Hyde's Air Conditioning

We've been using Hyde Air Conditioning for about 6 years. They are a family-run business and they have a track record. When you live in the desert, you like to keep everything in a good state of repair. Hyde guarantees same-day service and that was a big deal to us. We did have a problem with our AC this summer and called them at the end of the day. They were here in an hour. We have been very satisfied with Hyde. They do the maintenance of our units and some additional work as well, including some zones that we had put in. We had a room that wasn't getting as good circulation as we wanted because it was the farthest from our unit, so Hyde came out and made a number of suggestions. We went ahead and had them do the job and were very happy with the result. more

My air conditioner was not working during the hottest time of the year in the desert. Hyde Air Conditioning came out right away and provided very professional service. As a business owner myself I think that all other business should treat their customers and consumers like Hyde Air treated me. It was my first time using them. I found them in the yellow pages and used them because they are a local business. I feel strongly about using local businesses. Hyde Air came out right away, and though he didn’t have the part with him, he got the AC working well enough so that I could have air while he got the part. I have Hyde Air Conditioning come out twice a year, in the summer and the winter, to check my air conditioner and heater. The service is fine. There is one fellow that I like to call. I know him now, and he is very, very nice. more

We moved out here in 2004 and called Hydes and they serviced me. Then I got a freebie unit through Southern California Edison and had to have it serviced through Edison, so I just called Hydes again recently. They always gave such good customer service in the past, and I just like them. This last time I called them, they were here within 40 minutes, and it gets hot here. They're also very pleasant to deal with. I would tell a potential customer: Call them, they'll do you good. They get right out there, and they do a good job. more
