where to begin... paper thin walls , termites , mold , flooding- noisey neighbors - management has keys to the apartments and enter when ever they think you are not home. everything is electric so your central hudson bill is over the top - maint team is rude and do not know what they are doing- between river mngmnt , hyde park greens and millio realty they are all against the tenents will raise rent and you get nothing in return - crappy looking - IF you think you want to move here ...think again - the romance wears off very quickly -
