Huntington Park Apartments

Inefficient, Over Priced, unprofessional, and unconcerned. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here. I've only beee here about a month, and nothing that I have requested to be done has be done.... I take that back, I complained about the bathroom sink missing the manufactured stopper. That same day I went in to work getting off work, I came back to the unit with a dollar tree brand rubber stopper in the sink( inefficient ). Among the many things that Ive asked to be handle, stained but ""cleaned"" carpeting, Which I have requested to be replaced! I stay next door to one of the property manager, who's carpet was replaced a week into my stay at Huntington Park( but upon my request, she had to check their contractor account(unprofessional) ) She doesn't even pay full rent, how is it that its was no issue in replacing her carpet?(unconcerned) There is dry paint from the painters paint, dripped around the entire trimmings of the unit, not only that. The unit has a light moist oder from the A/C leaking under the carpet ( still no replaced carpet ) this along with the loud neighbors ( by which I was told at my signing that my apartment was in a great spot for quietness) has steered me to look into relocating. Resigning the lease is totally out of the question. P.S. They say that their a gated community, but the gates are open 24/7 (not the safest place to stay) more

hunting park apts and adminastration are not worth the time!...the grounds are filled with thugs roaming the area.and break ins are the norm and the adminastration does nothing!.the local news did a commentary about the crime in feb.2011 and nothing has changed! on any day or night you will see thugs hanging out and lottering and there is no security.at night you have no lights when you are getting out of your car.the parking lot floods after every rain and it takes day's to dry up.this place is not kid friendly.if you are a hard worker and value what you have worked for you would do better moving into a storage facilty.the front gate is ""ALWAYS OPEN"".therfore anyone can pull in to the complex and rob you.(THIS IS NOT A GATED COMMUNITY!!!!) the owners concern is to ONLY get rich off of you while neglecting your safety. i would advise anyone that would consider moving there to keep looking! it's a step above section 8 (and soon to be) even the houses in the area have to be on guard. as soon as people move in they move out.and that's a fact. THE REVEWIS THAT HAVE FOUR STARS COME FROM THE ADMINASTRATION...IF YOU LET THEM TELL YOU EVERYTHING IS JUST PEACHY...YEAH RIGHT!...NOTICE THAT THEY HAVE NO ""CONS""...BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BIGGEST ""CONS!!! amazing service .... the staff couldnt fit the complex any better. me and my family have been here for years and couldnt have made a better choice.we tell everyone to go see the it for your self. the apts are very spacious and the complex is alway clean. more

IM HAPPY WITH TE DECISION I MADE, THE COMPLEX IS VERY QUIET AND WELL KEPT. MY DOG AND I DOG FEEL SAFE WALKING AROUND THE COMPLEX. THE OFFICE STAFF IS ONLY A CALL AWAY AND READY AND WILLING TO HELP. more

I MOVED INTO A TWO BEDROOM TOWNHOUSE IN THE BEGINNING OF JULY 2010, AND ABSOLUTELY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE COMPLEX. I HAVE LIVED AT HUNTINGTON PARK FOR A YEAR NOW AND THE STAFF HAS BEEN THERE EVERYTIME I NEEDED THEM. I ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT WITH AFFORDABLE PRINCING FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF TO VISIT HUNTINGTONPARK. TRUST ME IT WILL BE WORTH THE TRIP. more

i moved in a couple of months ago and i feel great about the choice i made. Staff is friendly and informative. Maintenance is there when i need them and the environment makes me feel safe. The only downside is the pool had to be shut down for several days for cleaning, but it's back in operation and i definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to come home to. more

I've been here for several months and love the managers, Guy and Chade. They respond quickly if i need anything fixed, which only has been one time but they had the maintenance man at my apartment within an hour. This is a very convenient location and nice pool and grounds are extremely attractive! more

Do not live or inquire about living here, you will regret it. The foundation is not laid properly so each and every time it rain you will have a pond in front of your apartment which consist of more than two feet of water. Don't even think about complaining because they will charge you a fee for wanting to move to another complex even though the rent is $685 for a 1bedroom and $775 for a two bedroom. I wish I could post a video to show how much water will be in front you door or the pathway to your vehicle. Its very inconvenient but if you would like to ruin each pair of shoes you have move right in Huntington Park. no stars Cons: terrible foundation and management expensive rent more

Do NOT live here. The office staff is lazy and the property manager doesn't care about her tenants. I've been waiting for repairs for too long. It's a big mistake. All I want is my money back and I'll move. Cons: The service. You'd be better in a shelter. more
