Inefficient, Over Priced, unprofessional, and unconcerned. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here. I've only beee here about a month, and nothing that I have requested to be done has be done.... I take that back, I complained about the bathroom sink missing the manufactured stopper. That same day I went in to work getting off work, I came back to the unit with a dollar tree brand rubber stopper in the sink( inefficient ). Among the many things that Ive asked to be handle, stained but ""cleaned"" carpeting, Which I have requested to be replaced! I stay next door to one of the property manager, who's carpet was replaced a week into my stay at Huntington Park( but upon my request, she had to check their contractor account(unprofessional) ) She doesn't even pay full rent, how is it that its was no issue in replacing her carpet?(unconcerned) There is dry paint from the painters paint, dripped around the entire trimmings of the unit, not only that. The unit has a light moist oder from the A/C leaking under the carpet ( still no replaced carpet ) this along with the loud neighbors ( by which I was told at my signing that my apartment was in a great spot for quietness) has steered me to look into relocating. Resigning the lease is totally out of the question. P.S. They say that their a gated community, but the gates are open 24/7 (not the safest place to stay)
