I'm a property owner for the last 10 years and a past tenant for 3 years prior to that. I have NEVER had a problem with Hunter Rentals. It's very simple. As a tenant, pay attention to what you're signing up for and be meticulous during the inspection. If you have to sign the lease "before" you've seen the house, find another property manager. It's your own fault if you don't. As a tenant, they fixed stuff for me when it broke and not my fault. As an owner, when things were in need of repair, they repaired them and billed me. Of course, as in all organizations, there will be instances where there are disagreements. But, if HR is dealing with most others as they are with me, I'm certain they are a great organization. There's a reason they're still in business and thriving.
