My husband and I lived at one of the properties for four year. We didn't have any problems out of them. It seemed everytime I went in to pay my rent. There was different people in the office. We got all of our deposit back. Plus we had a dog. deposit. Little bit of advice. When ever you rent from anyone. Look at everything before signing the papers. Make sure there is good lighting so you can see every spot. When down everything on the pre walk though. Even if it's small. You know you will be charge for it later when you leave if not on that paper. When you leave. Make sure someone from the office does a final walk through(before handing over the keys). You know you will get charged for something that wasn't even there later. Make sure you keep that copy of the final walk through. Check over it before you sign it. If we get stationed at Hood again. I would have no problem renting from them again. Remember everyone has there own opinon and different problems.
