..... The service department has the opportunity to raise expectations of honesty and integrity to the same level as Hyundai's expectation.

I made an appointment online, and due to horrible weather, I was a few minutes late. No worries, I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. The service problem was detected, tested, and resolved in a reasonable amount of time at a very reasonable cost. Thanks so much! more

Poor Service Department 1/13/2014

Previous visits to the dealership for repairs were not in their system. Information entered when scheduling service on line was not in the system when arriving at the dealership. Watching the service team for almost an hour, the staff was not friendly at all, and the manager walked around or sat at his desk without providing any assistance to customers or his team. The staff was too busy to give anyone the proper attention deserved, and were often short with the customers, while the manager throughout the hour made no attempt to help. The services personnel don't seem to understand they are in the service industry taking care of people. Their focus was processing cars much like an assembly line. I truly was being shuffled in and out. This is the 2nd very similar experience I have had at this dealership. more

Great dealership, staff performed excellent customer service. Dealership waiting area was very clean. Vehicle was cleaned and return running better than before. The staff explained the service and cost prior to performing the work. more

I've driven several Hyundai cars. I love the brand and the service is great at Humble Hyundai. The people are friendly and helpful and make you welcome. They really seem to know their business and do it well. more

Great cars, pretty good dealership 12/6/2013

Mostly fine. Service is often slow for simple things like oil changes, even when you have an appointment set. They are very friendly to deal with when buying or leasing. They could appreciate Hyundai owners more when valuing trade-ins. :) more

Texas lady drives a Tucson 9/16/2013

Murf is a great person to work with. My husband wanted to meet the sales person who sold his wife - her first NEW car in 39 years! My last New car was a Toyota. No more Toyotas for me. No, it didn't last 39 years! But the cars afterwards were used. I love my Tucson. more

Although I plan to continue using Humble Hyundai as my service center, I have not found the advisors as friendly as I remember them during earlier visits. You could send me some coupons now and again; used to get offers a lot after first buying my car. My husband is always getting coupon; we both bought our cars from same dealership. more
