We were in need of a recliner to match the Living Room Suit we had purchased at another store. The other Store did not care one way or the other whether we got what we needed that day. At first we thought we would get the same treatment from Hudson when we spoke to the salesperson on the 22nd of December. We were told we probably could not get the recliner until the next week or 2 depending on shipment of goods since they did not have backup stock on hand. We asked if we could have the floor model and was told that they did not ever sale the floor model no exceptions. But when I asked to speak with the manager, he said the same thing. we can not sales you the floor model. Well I said, that is not true, it is not that you can't - you just want... He thought about it for a few minutes then the salesperson can back and said we could have whichever one we wanted. That made our day...And We are so appreciative to Hudson Furniture for doing this... We wish they could have delivered but that was okay also... we had our own truck and could transport the recliner ourselves. The only other things is that they do not cover the chair when you transport yourself... unless you buy an expensive plan to cover the lost or damage of any kind. Which is a bad things also. But over all we are satisfied with our purchase. more

Salesperson was very helpful in showing us what we were looking for. We had many choices, and made our own selection of material. The dual seat electric sofa is comfortable and meets our expectations. more

Hudson's service is fantastic. Great floor setup, and most importantly a terrific salesman, Aaron. Aaron, is there to help the customer ... He asked about our needs, and went above and beyond..even coming to our home to help us with type, size, colors, the look, etc. And all this before the Christmas holiday... He made it happen and we received everything by 22 December. Thanks Hudson...great service, great delivery...our 16 Christmas guests will love the new look. more

We had an amazing experience going into Hudson Furniture in Tampa. Our Sales Consultant was Todd and he ever pushed anything on us and definitely knew his information on furniture. He sold us on the sectional sofa by HTL. He knew alot and informed us about the different qualities. Very very pleased with him and the overall store. Nice quality furniture. Stay away from this place. Took 8 months to get a couch delivered! The sales rep and managers constantly lied about the delivery date and refused to give us our money back. It was a complete nightmare to deal with this place. And now we are just receiving mystery charges for $500 of ""in store purchases"" that never happened. Should never have to contemplate consulting a lawyer for buying a couch! many many other better options in Tampa to buy furniture. just read other reviews online about this place. more

Craig Wilson, the sales person I always consult, has become a friend through mutual friends. He's always very helpful and is willing to look through catalogs w/ me to help me find just what I'm looking for. When I'm willing to purchase new furniture again I will start w/ Hudson's. And it has no relation to the fact that my last name is also Hudson!!!!\r more

Hudson's had an awesome Black Friday sale and I got a great deal on living room furniture. Noah, the sales associate who took care of me, was fantastic. He answered all my questions and was very patient as a small delay involving my debit card was cleared up. My furniture was delivered today well within the estimated time frame! I can't wait to receive the rest of my furniture in December! When I need additional furniture, Hudson's will be my first (and only) place to shop! more

He was very knowledgeable and convinced me that Hudson was the company to do business with. The guys who delivered the item wer also very terrific, curteous, and helpful they set up the furniture quickly and with no damage at all.\r more

This was my first visit to Hudsons Furniture. The sales associate, Dawn Padillo, greeted me promptly and with a smile. I was only looking and not expecting to buy anything that day. However, I saw the perfect dining room set and the price was right! I purchased it on the spot and it was delivered in a few days. Will definitely return next time I need furniture.\r more

We have bought furniture at Hudson's before and overall, pleased. However, a handle on our bedroom dresser broke and the line has been discontinued, so they have been unable to replace it. They are willing to replace the handle with a similar style, but so far we have been unable to fine anything we like. We also just took delivery on a Kincaid China cabinet, but it came with imperfections in the glass. We expect it will be replaced, but it's an inconvenience at best and an additional delay at worst in getting it set up and filled up before the holidays.\r more

We are very happy with the furniture- Master Bedroom King bed and Guest Room Quween bed. The sale person took his time to show us varities of options until we were satisfied with what we wanted. The delivery was as they promised. The delivery people also took their time to set up our beds. Only one minor problem occured- the Queen bed sides came with different finish color. But they already ordered the replacement and promised to come back and reassemble the bed.\r more
