Typical Dishonest Liars 3/20/2012

I was buying a used car. They wrote up the contract, my husband and I signed it and left happy with our new car. We sold our old car the next day. Two weeks later the dealership called to say they didn't get final finance approval and that my husband can't be on the loan. Also, that we needed to bring in more documents because they ""lost"" them. I never knew that a dealership would write up a contract, then not stand behind it, especially a big name lot like Hubler. Long story short: got jerked around, lied to, and hung out to dry. Now we have no car. Now Hubler has a lawsuit for breach of contract. more

Had a good experience with the repair staff, but when I went in the lobby waiting area they had FOX news on. I asked if I could changed the channel and no one knew where the remote was. Fine. I turned it off because I do not like FOX news. A salesman came by and turned it back on explaining the TV was for customers. Well, I was the only person there, so I said I'd rather have it off. He got huffy and said the manager wants it on. I said fine, I'll speak to the manager. I did, and he wanted to keep it on, saying the majority of customers want FOX news, I said I didn't like the noise and would rather have it off, and he was finally OK with it being turned off while I was there. The salepeople kept watching for me to leave and when I did leave I'm sure they turned it back on. Buying a car (or having one repaired) shouldn't involve being forced to watch a news channel that you don't agree with! With other choices in the metro area, you can be sure I won't come back to Hubler (the one on south US 31). more

BEWARE of Hubler Chevrolet!!!! SCAM ALERT!!! 1/26/2011

I will NEVER buy a car from them ever!!!!!!\r I paid cash for a used BMW that they said had been serviced and had no problems. The next day the smell of burning oil was so bad my Daughter had to cover her nose. The car was sold as is, however when I took it to be looked at I found the following:\r The car was NOT serviced, it looked like the just added oil and wiper fluid and that's it! The power steering fluid was empty and looked like coffee, the oil was sludge and the oil filter was horrible.etc... to make a long story short I had to change the valve cover gaskets, flush and fill the power steering, flush and fill the brake fluid, get a REAL oil change and that's all I could afford to do right now. I fully understand as is means no warranty, But don't put a sticker saying "Certified Used Car" and tell me it was fully serviced with a oil change etc... when none of that was true! \r And yes I should have had that all checked before I bought it, however that does not change the fact that more

poor service / dishonest / poor car care procedures !! 8/25/2010

The dealers outword appearance & and initial meeting were great !! "BUT" They hold some of the highest pricing in the state, be prepared with all your numbers prior to arrival !! Watch the #s & pricing games, Take your deal home & check it out very carefully & compare it on line. I thought I finagled a ok deal but the signed paperwork didn't match exactly what was proposed! this I realized later at home when it's to late. Their service department is not careful with the new cars. I was delivered a new car with exterior & interior damage that was a very stressful & timely ordeal !! I have had an issue on every service visit. they have damaged or scratched something on 3 visits. I have had to "return" my car 5 times work not done correct or still not fixed! Sorry so "non specific" I don't want to be Identified by Hubler, they would recognize my situation & I'm sure things would get worse ! I have to use them for my service, there in my area. They have proven over & over to be very careless when handling my car. I call them out on the 3rd return / same problem, my car goes to the end of the list & is not touched for a week ! "we have other cars to work on & we are backed up". "sorry" more

Got the shaft and still getting the shaft 12/9/2009

We told them what we wanted. They provided. I told them i wanted certain features and was assured that they were on there. Pushed the buttons and was prompted somewhere else. Didnt find out the model we bought didnt have that particular feature until I researched it on the internet!!!!! Staff needs to be more edjucated in the products they sell. Now we have broken parts on the car that need to get fixed, cant seem to get a call back from the man who ownes the businesses and it is just bad business. Dont go to Bradley Chevrolet!!! They will tell you they are not owned by hubler but they are. Brad Hubler???!!! Get the picture!! Pros: nice cars Cons: Bad service more

Very poor customer service! 9/2/2007

\r I was buying a used car and got the deal I wanted. It was a \r Saturday before closing and I was trading in my car and didn't have the title with me so they said I could take the car and complete the paperwork on Monday and they would also fill my tank up when I came back. I came back Monday and was told they couldn't finance that car with the terms because it had too many miles. Needless to say my son & I went around and around with some very rude and unprofessional individuals. They said the only car they could put me in was a two door stick which did not fit my needs at all. For one this was quite embarassing after the car was shown to family and friends. I left the delaership with my old car and VERY dissatisfied! I would NOT reccomend this dealership to anyone!!! Needless to say the next day I went to another dealership and had great cutomer service and got me a car! more

Mirror missing after service 6/28/2007

Hubler Chevrolet hired Hix Wrecker Service, Inc. to tow our car to their service center to have the ignition lock replaced. Somtime between the car leaving our driveway and my picking it up that evening the driver's side mirror disappeared. Hubler says the mirror was not there when it reached their lot and will not assume liability for the lost mirror. The tow truck driver first said he could not recall whether the mirror was there or not, then said there never was a mirror on the car (untrue), then said the mirror was on the car when he dropped it off. Hix Wrecker will not assume liability either. I feel Hubler should take care of the problem or see that Hix does, as they are the party that hired the towing company. I will not deal with this company again . more
