Had a good experience with the repair staff, but when I went in the lobby waiting area they had FOX news on. I asked if I could changed the channel and no one knew where the remote was. Fine. I turned it off because I do not like FOX news. A salesman came by and turned it back on explaining the TV was for customers. Well, I was the only person there, so I said I'd rather have it off. He got huffy and said the manager wants it on. I said fine, I'll speak to the manager. I did, and he wanted to keep it on, saying the majority of customers want FOX news, I said I didn't like the noise and would rather have it off, and he was finally OK with it being turned off while I was there. The salepeople kept watching for me to leave and when I did leave I'm sure they turned it back on. Buying a car (or having one repaired) shouldn't involve being forced to watch a news channel that you don't agree with! With other choices in the metro area, you can be sure I won't come back to Hubler (the one on south US 31).
