Nate and the service team are great. They will take care of you and your car timely and honor military members as well. The facility/property is not ideal for vehicles traveling into/out of and parking in service areas. more

Parking is difficult to find for leaving. The car was left with adjacent new cars. Because the car needed a car wash.....my car was easier to spot. more

My husband and I have been purchasing our vehicles from this dealship for several years which is by far the best in Texas! The General manager (Avi) finance and sales team (Charles Jackson) are warm and courteous. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for integrity and an overall pleasant experience. more

Service for my car went well and all the folks in the service department were very helpful. I was not pushed for anything and they offered only what was needed. They also looked in to the issues I was experiencing to find the problem. more

2 HR OIL CHANGE 3/13/2014

What service facility do you know that takes 2 hours for an oil change? Actually, they performed additional services but failed to inform me of those services at the time of arrival. If I hadn't asked the Service Advisor why it was taking so long, I would not have gotten an explanation that recalls were being performed until such time as they had completed all services. They need to inform their customers of services to be performed and time requirements prior to starting the services. What if I didn't have the time to wait? more

Seems that they do good work; but they recommend service way more often than the industry or the manufacture standards. i.e. oil change at 3000 miles. more

Professionalism 3/1/2014

Had a bad incident iiniatially but when I returned my car the following day, George and his staff went the extra mile to insure that I was completely taken care of!! Must admit that for something as small as a shifter lever assembly it caused major problems but your staff made it bearable. They immediately got me into a rental when they determined that the repair was going to become problematic. If ever I have another problem with my vehicle Hub Hyundai West will be the first place I take it to!! I am definitely a convert! more
