My Platinum warranty does not appear in their system so everytime I get my oil changed there it is supposed to be free. Not only do I have to pay for the service but in order to be reimbursed, I have to call "Big" Hyundai (repeatedly) and send them my paperwork and eventually they send me a check for reimbursement.
Also, every single other dealership I've been to for service has not only washed my car, but vacuumed it out too.
Only pro is that the staff is polite.
