faster than a speeding bullet, and happy with my new veracruz 1/5/2014

Gene did a great job getting me in right away and getting everything done on my Veracruz to make it drive so much better then when I brought it in. Sloppy mechanic work on warranty work 12/19/2013

Seal/gasket was not put back on my ATF fluid. Was all over my driveway and garage, after they had the car for a week. Disappointed. more

I came in to get a routine oil change and was greeted immediately and in a timely manner. The management treats you well and remembers their customers and are caring to what your vehicle needs are and will happily address any concerns or questions I have ever had. more

Service on Saturday 11/26/2013

I came in on a saturday before thanksgiving around 2pm, no appointment. I figured I'd be there for at least 2 hours. They had my tires rotated and oil changed and I was out the door in 1/2 hour. The guys are friendly and explain what they did. This is my 4th trip this year, I am a satisfied customer! more

Need to insure parts are in before and confirm appointment 11/1/2013

I ad an appointment to get a recall taken care of on my vehicle, on the day of the scheduled repair about a half hour before I got a call that the part was on back order. I already had taken the day off to have this done. They should have called the day before to confirm the part and the schedule was good. I lost a whole day from work because of this mess up from them. They did not even try to compensate me with at least a free oil change or a ride home once I did deliver the car. Poor customer service both when I purchased the vehicle and for the service. more
