I am a new Hyundai owner and have been very pleased with the vehicle so far. I purchased from Hub Northwest in Houston and here is my impression of the dealership...\r

Sales: The sales experience was fairly typical of what you might expect from a car dealer. The sales associate and manager were both cordial but obviously over-zealous. I guess my biggest complaint was that our sales associate was dressed as if he had slept in his clothing. Not a huge thing, but image does matter. It seems that other dealerships that I have dealt with had some sort of dress code where associates wore slacks and maybe a Polo shirt with the dealer logo...it just looks a little nicer, more professional.\r

Finance Office: The financial officer was surprisingly pleasant and we enjoyed working with him.\r
\r
Service: I have visited the service department 5 times for various warranty and service work. Overall, they have done a good job, in a timely manner. The personnel have been pleasant to work with. My main complaint is similar to the one mentioned above...personal appearance of service advisors. If they have a dress code it is incredibly liberal. A gentleman who approached me on one visit literally looked like a street person. Once again, they could do much to improve their image.\r

Facilities: This is, in my opinion, the most annoying thing about Hub. This place desperately needs to be cleaned up and updated / remodeled. The customer waiting ""room"" is inadequate; a part of the Hyundai sales lot is unpaved (muddy in wet weather); the building is drab, old, and generally unpleasant. Whoever owns this dealership needs to spend some money and make this facility a nicer place for both employees and customers. It is long overdue.
