I ad an appointment to get a recall taken care of on my vehicle, on the day of the scheduled repair about a half hour before I got a call that the part was on back order. I already had taken the day off to have this done. They should have called the day before to confirm the part and the schedule was good. I lost a whole day from work because of this mess up from them. They did not even try to compensate me with at least a free oil change or a ride home once I did deliver the car. Poor customer service both when I purchased the vehicle and for the service.
