I have an 8 year old Shih Tzu, who is like my child, since I don't have any. Since he was a puppy, he has suffered from horrible allergies. I was taking him to another vet, and am SO glad I switched to Crossroads and Dr. Bouverette. She is the only vet who has ever been able to help his allergies adequately. Even though the clinic can be a bit pricey, they really care about people's pets, so the slightly higher prices are definitely worth it. My dog gets quite anxious going to the vet and she gets right down on the floor with my dog to calm him before she starts an exam. I have never seen a vet do this before. The fact that she cares enough about his comfort to do that says a lot. more

Great Care! 12/6/2008

We have been with Tim England from the beginning, even when he was in Vandercook Lake, before Crossroads. Tim and his staff(including Dr. Howe and Dr. Bovereaut) are very caring and provide great care to all the animals they see. All the staff are excellent as well. I know they are more expensive but its having trust in your Vet, you cannot put a price on that. more

expensive 10/30/2005

I used this vet to have a cat spayed and it was expensive, I guess if you only have 1 or 2 animals this would be a good place to take an animal because they do take good care of the animals. I take alot of barn cats in to get fixed and this place was just to much for that. more

They saved my cat 10/10/2005

We found a stray at the front door one day and me always wanting a cat decided to keep him. We immediately named him max. We sure didn't realize at the time that he was sick and had been abused by his previous owner. We took him over to the animal hospital to find out that he had been shot with something and needed imediate surgury or he wuold die. Well needless to say they did a great job max is now fine and I will be eternally grateful to them. It was expensive but worth every penny. PROS: really great staff CONS: none more
