Review content:
I have an 8 year old Shih Tzu, who is like my child, since I don't have any. Since he was a puppy, he has suffered from horrible allergies. I was taking him to another vet, and am SO glad I switched to Crossroads and Dr. Bouverette. She is the only vet who has ever been able to help his allergies adequately. Even though the clinic can be a bit pricey, they really care about people's pets, so the slightly higher prices are definitely worth it. My dog gets quite anxious going to the vet and she gets right down on the floor with my dog to calm him before she starts an exam. I have never seen a vet do this before. The fact that she cares enough about his comfort to do that says a lot.
