The food may be good, but the menu is very limited and it is very overpriced. What also keeps me away is the inability to make a reservation for lunch, or at dinner for parties more than 4. To make things worse, the won't seat you unless EVERYONE in your party is present. They'll blow by you as if you don't exist and seat the next party if for instance your wife went to the car to get a baby bottle when you are finally called; regardless if that adds 10 minutes to your 90 minute wait. The greeters are local female college students selected only by their looks, not their people skills; who are very cocky and inflexible. They could care less if you eat there or not, or if they piss you off. Its so obvious in the fake corporate smiles they wear. They also give you ridiculous wait times of 1 hour and a half at 2:30 in the afternoon and ask if you would like to put your name down, as if someone would wait till 4pm for chain food. There is absolutely no customer loyalty. You could eat there 50 times a year for 5 years and they'll treat you like any first timer. Other chain restaurants around the corner like JR Alexanders, PF Changs, Grand Lux Cafe, Rocco Tacos, and Brio go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to accommodate you. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND WAIT FOR A TABLE AT HOUSTON'S. The only positive points are the atmosphere and the servers, if you make it that far.
