I have my carpets cleaned about twice a year & we have some problem areas where my dogs like to use the bathroom so i know what to expect. they showed up on time but charged me 25...

Yesterday I was frantic. The company I had arranged to clean my carpet in the morning never showed up. At 1pm they finally let me know that they weren’t coming. It was the only day I had off until summer in order to get this done. I called Houndstooth and they got a crew out by 5pm and did a great job. Thank you! more

I‘d never had my carpet cleaned before so I didn’t know what to expect. On the phone, they explained everything to me, how steam cleaning was the best method, how other methods didn’t do as good a job or left residue in the carpets. I felt assured before they came out. My wife was a little reluctant however. I wasn’t here when they did the cleaning. She and I couldn’t be happier. The spots are gone and the carpets smell fresh. Thank you Houndstooth! more

I got ""The Works."" Cleaning and scotchguarding and treatment for pet smell. Well worth it! Much less expensive than any of the alternatives. I'll use 'em again next year at this time. more

We had a family Christmas party that got rerouted to our home at the last minute. My husband and I were horrified to realize that more than forty people would be coming to our place in two days with the state of our carpets. We called Houndstooth. They came out that same afternoon and made the carpets nice and clean for our guests. All was well and our party was wonderful. more

I had become so tired of rip-off carpet cleaners and poor performance that I have been cleaning my own carpets for a decade. However, I’ve been suffering from arthritis since the beginning of 2013. After a recommendation by my sister-in-law, and seeing their low prices and being assured on the phone by their representative that they wouldn’t go up on that price, I thought I’d give them a try. The technician they sent out, Richard, did a great job, with no pressure on me to buy extra. I’ll use then again. more

I’ve been getting my carpet cleaned for twenty years and have used more expensive companies and cheaper companies than Houndstooth. No more. Great. I was wary because of the low price but their service was as good as any I've used. Professional and courteous. They also cleaned a chair beautifully for an excellent price. If my first experience is any indication, I'll be a customer for life. more

Great Job!! With 3 kids, a dog and a husband my carpet wasn't in the greatest shape. I figured there would not be much hope in saving the carpet until I could replace with hardwoods but I received a flyer in the mail with a $69.00 price for the whole house. Yea right, but I called them anyway. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and answered all of my questions. He explained some stains would not come out because of food dyes such as Kool-Aid or fruit juices. (makes sense) Then he explained traffic areas would be no problem to clean. He assured me no additional charges just the $69.00, so I went ahead and made the appointment. They did give me a window of time but offered to call when they were on the way. The tech showed up within the time frame, cleaned the carpet (better than I was expecting) and only charged the $69.00. This company definitely gets two thumbs up and I will recommend them to everyone! more
