Great Job!! With 3 kids, a dog and a husband my carpet wasn't in the greatest shape. I figured there would not be much hope in saving the carpet until I could replace with hardwoods but I received a flyer in the mail with a $69.00 price for the whole house. Yea right, but I called them anyway. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and answered all of my questions. He explained some stains would not come out because of food dyes such as Kool-Aid or fruit juices. (makes sense) Then he explained traffic areas would be no problem to clean. He assured me no additional charges just the $69.00, so I went ahead and made the appointment. They did give me a window of time but offered to call when they were on the way. The tech showed up within the time frame, cleaned the carpet (better than I was expecting) and only charged the $69.00. This company definitely gets two thumbs up and I will recommend them to everyone!
