Review content:
I‘d never had my carpet cleaned before so I didn’t know what to expect. On the phone, they explained everything to me, how steam cleaning was the best method, how other methods didn’t do as good a job or left residue in the carpets. I felt assured before they came out. My wife was a little reluctant however. I wasn’t here when they did the cleaning. She and I couldn’t be happier. The spots are gone and the carpets smell fresh. Thank you Houndstooth!
