I would rather pay another company for the diagnostic fee again than give these jerks my business. Took them 10 days to see our air conditioner, and they finally showed up seven hours after our window appointment had expired. I left eight messages and never received a return phone call. I wasn't home when they finally came, and they still insisted on doing the work while my babysitter and children were there. I have doubts about the safety of that situation. The scheduling and customer service representatives were rude, and when I called the next day to discuss the situation, they apologized 'that I felt unhappy.' That was the straw that broke the camel's back. They didn't apologize for behaving rudely, leaving me hanging for seven hours, or barging in on the sitter and my kids. They were sorry that I was unhappy about it! I fired them. Now I will hire another company, wait for another diagnostic, wait for the part and installation, but at least I won't be supporting these folks.
