My stylist Leann is GREAT. She notices the changes in my hair over six week period and takes the measures to make my hair look beauiful. Just in time for the Holidays. Thanks to Hot Shots and the grat staff. more

Aveda concept experience 11/14/2011

Excellent stylist. Love Aveda products. I will say you lack the ambiance of an Aveda salon. That is big part of the Aveda experience. Need to upgrade atmosphere. Missed the extra little things I am used to in Aveda Concept Salons. Why I willing to pay more for services. I live here and will be back because I love the products. Everyone was very nice. more

Rhonds cuts my hair...I love the cuts/blowdries she gives me...The people at this salon are not only nice, but so very capable!!! By the way I received a complimentary hand massage there too! The Aveda products are wonderful...salon is beautiful...I have no hesitation recommending Hot Shots.. Sue in Browns Valley more

Only the BEST service! 11/1/2011

It is always a great experience during my usual 4-5 hour long appointment (I have long hair and a lot of it). I'm always more than satisfied with the results! My hair has never looked or felt better. I've been going to Hot Shots, specifically Rhonda, for several years. I've never stayed with a hair salon/stylist for this long! I simply LOVE IT!! The staff is VERY friendly and the shop is VERY clean! They are the BEST! more

Long time? 10/14/2011

I'm not sure how you could be a "long time" client and have a bad experience at Hot Shots. I have been going for about 15 years. I've never waited more than a few minutes. Over that period of time, if I had any bad experiences I sure can't remember. I'm a little suspicious of that last comment. Sounds fabricated to me...and I'm NOT anonymous, I'm Beth Sherman. more

Poor Service 10/3/2011

I am a long time customer and recently received very poor customer service. Was called to delay my arrival/appointment time. Stylist was still not ready when I arrived and I waited another 20 minutes. When stylist was finished with my cut, she said did not have time to wash and style my hair as scheduled due to next customer had arrived. In addition, the haircut I received was much too short and lopsided. Not sure yet what I will do... more

Always Happy 9/29/2011

I moved to California two years ago and donated my hair just before arriving. I searched the Internet for reviews and found positive ones for Hot Shots. I also used to go to an Aveda school back in Michigan and decided to give an Aveda salon a try. I ended up growing my hair back out, so I only came once every six months. I was still happy with what I got though. Now I donated again, and Rebecca did a great job chopping off ten inches and giving me a great pixie cut. I have already been back once and plan to return unless I move again. :) more
