I am a long time customer and recently received very poor customer service. Was called to delay my arrival/appointment time. Stylist was still not ready when I arrived and I waited another 20 minutes. When stylist was finished with my cut, she said did not have time to wash and style my hair as scheduled due to next customer had arrived. In addition, the haircut I received was much too short and lopsided. Not sure yet what I will do...
