I am not sure about the other peoples experiences but I have actually been to this dentist and she is really terrific. The day after i had my cavity filled I had a terrible toothache and i called her and she immediately called in the pharmacy for me and my husband picked up my medicine. Also she told me that if it didn't get better that i should call her the next day and come see her. she just fit me in the next day and she didn't even charge me as our insurance only covers certain things. I never had any bad experience with the receptionist so I dont know about that, but I think if you go to her office, you will really like this dentist. more

I generally don't take the time to create a profile to do this, but I wish I had read the existing review. I would like to second the other review of the receptionist at Dr. Hosain's office. Although I made an appointment, I never got a chance to actually go in because as I was calling to ask for directions I was told I was late (albeit I was calling 10 minutes before my appointment time). The receptionist told me that young people are rude and that she does not like it when patients are late. I told her I did not think I was too far away, but that I needed directions. She told me they don't need people like me as a patient and that I should find another dentist. I know these experiences are all one sided, but trust me when I say that it is not worth a minute of your time with such a rude, aggravating and temperamental person just to get your teeth cleaned. more

I called to make an appointment (based on location and insurance). I was rudely greeted over the phone by someone I presumed to be the receptionist. I asked to make an appointment, she responded by asking for my name. I started to spell my last name and stated ""I would like to ask a few questions about the dentist."" She again rudely interrupted me and asked for my name 3 more times. I clarified I already gave it to her and she asked for my FIRST name. I stated she was yelling at me and asked for HER name. She relied ""Dr. Housain!"" She then scolded me that if I do not properly comply with the order of how things are done, I would not get an appointment. I kindly asked her to stop yelling and she demanded to know my insurance. I stated I was no longer interested in seeing her (truthfully I was scared) and she screamed ""Good!"" and hung up the phone. Frankly, as a physician myself this is horrifying. more
