Review content:
I called to make an appointment (based on location and insurance). I was rudely greeted over the phone by someone I presumed to be the receptionist. I asked to make an appointment, she responded by asking for my name. I started to spell my last name and stated ""I would like to ask a few questions about the dentist."" She again rudely interrupted me and asked for my name 3 more times. I clarified I already gave it to her and she asked for my FIRST name. I stated she was yelling at me and asked for HER name. She relied ""Dr. Housain!"" She then scolded me that if I do not properly comply with the order of how things are done, I would not get an appointment. I kindly asked her to stop yelling and she demanded to know my insurance. I stated I was no longer interested in seeing her (truthfully I was scared) and she screamed ""Good!"" and hung up the phone. Frankly, as a physician myself this is horrifying.
