I am not sure about the other peoples experiences but I have actually been to this dentist and she is really terrific. The day after i had my cavity filled I had a terrible toothache and i called her and she immediately called in the pharmacy for me and my husband picked up my medicine. Also she told me that if it didn't get better that i should call her the next day and come see her. she just fit me in the next day and she didn't even charge me as our insurance only covers certain things. I never had any bad experience with the receptionist so I dont know about that, but I think if you go to her office, you will really like this dentist.
