I went to their store and met with a very nice lady that took her time to show me various ways to use hunter douglass blinds to cover my windows and gave me a price quote that was very reasonable so I decided to place an order. That was 6 months ago and I still like the shades she helped me pick out. more

we used them to put blinds in our apartment. they did decent work but it took getting them to come back to the apartment twice to fit things just right to get it to where we needed it to be. their pricing is a bit sketchy. they say they price match and i initially found the same thing at home depot for half the price. so i think they'll skin you if youre not careful. more

Extremely expensive fabrics, poor quality of work (one of the seams started to come apart while they were installing it!). They scheduled an appointment with me knowing that they did not have all the hardware needed - after taking a day off of work, I called to confirm and only then they told me that they were missing pieces. Finally the parts - supposedly - came in, I took another day off of work and the installation guys showed up with the wrong pieces! Parts were missing, I asked for steel cable and they brought rods, the seam of one curtain was coming apart, there were no weights in the sheers. After MANY phone calls, they took everything back - I am still waiting for my $12,000 (!!!!!) window treatment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL YET THEY CHARGE TOP $$$ FOR THEIR PRODUCT AND "SERVICE". more
