I am extremely pleased with our recent refinance. Mike Owens at Horizon Financial arranged a great rate, explained all the terms to me, and kept the process moving. He was available late at night if I had questions, and he helped ensure a notary showed up for closing when that appeared to have fallen through. I absolutely would go to Mike again, and would recommend him to anyone. more

Home refinance 9/23/2012

This was our first home refinance, and I am amazed how easy this process was. Rhonda Cameron was amazing. She did everything from start to finish. Talking with her was just like talking to a friend. She took our information and processed it in an amazing short amount of time, and with mobile closing I did not have to take anytime away from my job. I will refer Rhonda Cameron and Horizon to all my friends and family. more

Home Re-Fi Went Smoothly 8/27/2012

Gary Schoenholz and his team at Horizon Financial made it very easy for me to refinance my home loan. I wanted to go from a 30-year fixed rate loan to a 20-year fixed rate loan but keep my monthly payment about the same. Gar was able to get that done for me with very little time and effort from me. more

I have had the opportunity to refinance my mortgage twice with Gary and his staff at Horizon Financial. In both cases Gary was quick to respond to mmy initial inquiry, guided me through the various rates and options that were available and expedited the paperwork. I was very impressed with how Horizon Financial handled my refinance. Gary Schoenholz did an excelelnt job. Once he determined we were not eligble for the FHA streamline he worked hard to find something else that still saved us money. more
