Horizon did a great job cleaning my carpet after a friend spilled food in my office. I needed someone to come out as soon as possilbe and they we're there the next day. They spent most of the time in that area, but also cleaned my entire office. The stain was gone and my carpet looked brand new. I really appreciate the care and experience that Horizon gave me. I would recommend them to anyone. more

I have used Horizon Carpet Cleaning for several years now. They probably come twice a year. They have always been on time and they have always gone above and beyond what I have asked them to do. They are very friendly, they do a really good job, and the price isn't so bad either. Their customer service is very good. Use them! Don't consider anybody else. more

I have a sofa corner unit that was totally ruined by a guest doggie and cat. I called Horizon and they sent a tech the very next day. the sofa looks incredible for the condition the pets left it in. I thought I was going to have to junk it, but its nearly good as new. the pee stains in the carpet are gone and the room smells fresh as new carpet. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done at a fair price (one third of what Stanley Steamer wanted). I highly recommend. I just moved into a new house, and did not realize until one day during mid-day with the blinds open just how unevenly dirty the carpet was, so the first thing I did was call Adam at Horizon. He was very accomodating in getting me an appointment that fit into my hectic moving shcedule. He also emailed me a detailed invoice so I knew exactly what to expect, I greatly appreciate having that in writing. My appointment was today, and Greg came out right on time, even called me before coming out to let know when I could expect him (luckily so, as I had completely passed out on the sofa). Speaking of the sofa, he did a great job cleaning it, as well as an upholstered arm chair. In addition to my furniture Greg cleaned 4 rooms of carpet, which also looked awesome. He was very detailed and my house smells so fresh and so clean, clean :) more

Just moved into a new place and it smelled a little musty. Talked to a few places and didn't really get a good feeling for their confidence in making me happy. Called Horizon and immediately felt a difference in attitude. Not only were they quick to explain what the possible causes were but they also offered solutions as well. From there they showed up (ACTUALLY RIGHT ON TIME!!) and got to work taking care of business. After it was all said and done my house smelled clean and fresh and looked even better! I was having some breathing problems this past Spring when I had a cold and had to to to the ER a couple weeks ago when I once again got a cold and just couldn't get enough oxygen. I've never had asthma before in my life but wheezing has started to bother me over the past year. We've been renting the house we are at now for about three years and have had an indoor/outdoor cat come and go without any problems but recently got a kitten early last year that is strictly indoor. The accumulation of "cat dust" and the assortment of dirty furniture we've accumulated over the years has just been getting to be too much! I have no time to clean the house, either, so it's just been getting worse. We did a head-to-toe cleaning of the whole house last week and decided it would be a good idea to do the carpets too to remove allergens. I was referred by a friend to Horizon and Adam set up an appointment for a time that worked best for my schedule. Joel arrived right on time and took a look at the areas he'd be working on. We had gotten rid of an old carpet in a middle room and he helped remove the tack strips that were still down and cleaned the floor to prepare for tile installation later. We had two other bedrooms he cleaned the carpet in and the living room has looped shag carpet that was in dire need of a cleaning - we vacuumed every once in a while, but it had been years since the last steam clean. Joel was very courteous and worked fast! I peeked into the rooms after he was finished and it looks completely different - like new again! You can see the methodical way he went over the carpet in the way the pile layed. Joel was very gentle with working around my pets and made sure I was happy with everything before he left, and to give them a call if we had any problems. The house smelled so clean! I even received a follow-up call from Adam to make sure I was satisfied and also he let me know that if I have any problems or concerns at all to just give them a call. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing their floors cleaned! more

I had stains in my carpet that other cleaners could get out but they kept coming back. I called Horizon cleaning services and not only did they get the stains out but they also never came back. That was ten years ago and I've been a loyal customer ever since. more

Horizon has excellent service and showed up on short notice. They did a great job cleaning the carpet. I've had other places clean before but they were not as thorough as Horizon. more
