I have a sofa corner unit that was totally ruined by a guest doggie and cat.
I called Horizon and they sent a tech the very next day. the sofa looks incredible for the condition the pets left it in. I thought I was going to have to junk it, but its nearly good as new.
the pee stains in the carpet are gone and the room smells fresh as new carpet.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done at a fair price (one third of what Stanley Steamer wanted). I highly recommend.
