I purchased my Toyota Tacoma from this dealership, they had a good inventory and were flexible with my payments, i got the payments i was looking for and didn't have any problems with anything else, pretty honest with all the facts they provided me and very nice staff> more

Fast Service 3/4/2012

Service department: clean and organized, minimal waiting times on oil changes and such, however car washes can take a while, but its free if you purchase a car from them so you cant beat that! more

Venza 3/2/2012

Good sized inventory, i bought my Toyota Venza and wanted army green, which wasnt too easy to find, but htey had it in stock and i had checked a few dealers prior to going to Hooman Toyota and they didnt have it nor could get it from another dealership. It had all the packages i wanted and ended up leaving with the payments i wanted, no pressure to buy the car and got everything i was promised. more

Bought my 2011 Toyota Camry from these guys and havent had any problems yet, not with their sales nor their service department. i got lifetime oil changes and car washes when i bought my car from them so it was a nice perk as well. Tara was my salesmen and she was absolutely wonderful, gave us honest facts and fulfilled everything promised to us. more

Service department does great jobs, very clean and correctly done, can take a little bit of time here and there due to a lot of customers, but well worth the wait for a job well done! Free car washes too, cant beat that! more

Positive 2/22/2012

I got a good deal on my Rav 4, payments were what i wanted, friendly staff and good inventory on their cars. i love how they give you a V.I.P. membership when you buy a car from them, which entitles you too lifetime car washes and oil changes and shuttle service and much more, saves me a lot of money yearly! more

This goes for their service department which has great customer service and understands conveniency1 They have free shuttle service where they pick you up from your home and bring you to the shop to pick up your car after it is done being serviced, which is great and convenient! oil changes are free for life as long as you bought a car from them and they dont ever take longer than 45 minutes. more

Large Inventory and Packages 2/16/2012

Good inventory on their Toyotas, lots of colors and packages to choose from where i did not find at other dealerships. i purchased my 2011 Toyota Rav 4 from Hooman and i pretty much got everything i was looking for. it was hard finding my color,which was army green, but they had it in stock with lots of other unique colors to choose from. i stopped by 2 other dealerships and they mostly just had common colors in stock with not a whole lot of packages. My payments were exactly what i was looking for them to be and the whole process went well, i wasnt pushed to buy anything, which was a breath of fresh air! more

Good Service Department 2/14/2012

I never have any problems getting my car serviced at Hooman Toyota, very friendly staff, clean environment and great coupons every month for getting my car serviced. Also, i get free car washes anytime i want with free loaner vehicles when needed, free oil and filter changes, free shuttle service and more perks. From time to time it can take a little bit of time to get my car washed or oil changed, but only because there is a line for customers, but its free so you cant beat that! more

Great service department and friendly staff! Eddie Aranda is my service adviser has always been nothing but god to me and has always taken care of me. Part of the V.I.P. program is that you get a free loaner car whenever your car is being serviced with them, excellent customer service. more

Fast Service Department 2/9/2012

I get my Tacoma serviced at Hooman Toyota every 2 to 3 months and have never had any problems. My service advisor Wayne LeBlanc always helps me to the best he can and gets me in n out. They have wonderful customer service and wait times are very short, my oil changes dont take longer than 45 minutes with a wash, which i get for free as long as i own the car, which i get because i bought a car from them. I also get lifetime oil changes as well, which is all part of the V.I.P. program at Hooman Toyota. They have a super friendly staff that always help me with anything i need. more

Good Deals 2/6/2012

recently moved to Long beach and the first dealership i stopped at to buy my Prius was Hooman Toyota. i ended up buying it and it has been running great! i got the exact deal i was looking for, my payments were a little less than what i was expecting. one of the best perks they have is that once you buy a car from them you become a V.I.P. member and youre entitled to lifetime car washes and oil changes and free loaner vehicles for the time your car is being serviced and in addition, i love their service department because they always get me right in and right out! more

Fast and convenient service and great customer service, everytime i visit their service department i am not there longer than 45 minutes for my average checks ups such as oil changes and such. I also purchased my 2011 Camry from Hooman Toyota and it has been running great ever since. Very friendly service and sales staff that always get me anything i need! more

Convenient 12/27/2011

I get my Toyota Prius serviced here every 2 to 3 months and also get my car washed every week, which is free when you buy a car from Hooman Toyota. i get awesome treatment and their customer service is phenomenal! their service department is highly convenient and get it done pretty quick! sometimes it takes a lil bit of time to get my car washed due to a lot of customers especially in the morning, but you cant beat free car washes! more

Reliable Service Department 12/20/2011

Great service department, i own a 2010 Toyota Prius, which i purchased at Hooman Toyota and it has been running great, i have not had one problem with it and i get treated with the best customer service everytime i get my car serviced at their service department! very fast moving and convenient service department, they always tell you exactly the problem with the car and never sugar coat anything or lie, i also bought my other 2009 Toyota Corolla from Hooman Toyota and have been always getting it serviced there, great staff and extremely reliable. more

Qaulity Service 12/14/2011

They have a pretty large inventory of their Toyota vehicles and can still get you financed despite if you have bad credit! which was a huge help to me! They've got wonderful customer service and i got an awesome deal on my Toyota Tacoma, got my color and all the features i was looking for. Although it took them a few hours to get me the car, but it was okay because the color i was getting was red and not too many dealerships haver that color in that exact edition and features i was looking for so it was no problem! Definitely will buy my second car from Hooman Toyota and that will be soon! more
