Do not ever purchase a vehicle from this dealership, or for that matter any Hooman dealership! They are crooked, slimey and not knowledgeable at all. In hindsight, we bought our used car on empty promises and soft handshakes. When we confronted them with our issues, we were basically told, sorry but we don't care. Sheri the sales gal that helped us is an airhead. Rayan the sales manager appeared to be helpful in the beginning but flipped half way through. I will never buy from them or use their services, and neither should you! Trust me! more

I trust the service advisers 7/13/2011

I have been taking my RAV4 to this dealership since I bought it.(It was Toyota of Long Beach prior to being Hooman Toyota). As Hooman Toyota the quality of service and customer service has only gotten better. I trust the service advisers and feel that I receive honest advice and support. As an owner of an older vehicle, that is especially important. more

VIP all the way!!! My sales rep did an excellent job of finding me the car I want with all the extras i wanted and with out all the presure. I first went to Cabe Toyota but they wouldnt work with me and didnt seem like they wanted to close the deal till the next day, so instead of going back I went to Hooman Toyota and they gave me exactly what I wanted and gave me the VIP (free tires, free oil changes and free car washes for life). more

After having found the best deal available from the Internet, my friend and I went in today to check out her new Prius. We were greeted by Danny Soto, and we had a very pleasant experience. The car was ready and fueled up, and paperwork was completed efficiently and in a timely manner. We were out in just under 3 hours -- a big difference from the last 2 cars I went to buy where it took 6+ hours. For those of you who don't know, the biggest holdup with car purchases has always been the loan/closing part, especially when you have to read very carefully if they slipped in any extra "fees" that aren't really... ethical. At Hooman, it was actually very straight-forward (thanks, Vince!) While my friend was being shown by Danny how to use the Prius, I looked at the other cars... the 4Runner will be my next car, but that's another story :) Would definitely recommend this dealership and will shop here again! more

I went to the parts department and ordered my part and they ordered it right on the spot. 1 Hour later I get a phone call and it is in. I am so happy with there service. more

We book a Test Drive for the following weekend, there was no pressure what so ever, she took my info that day, next day early in the morning I received an email with a quote. I took my time to shop around and to my surprise her quote was the best. They took $2k out of the sticker price. Just got a brand spanking new Rav4. I'm so happy! more

I was in and out in less than an hour (seriously) with the best deal I could have asked for on the same car that was in Santa Monica but a nicer color and $3500 cheaper!!! I am now looking forward and excited to meet the service team at Hooman's. more

Accommodating and Considerate 5/4/2011

We were blown away by the service provided by Vincente. He was great at explaining the documentation procedures and all of our options. I was expecting the finance manager to be tough and very pushy. In fact, Vincente was courteous, accommodating and considerate. It made the car buying experience very pleasant and not at all what we were expecting. more

They were very accurate about how long the service would take, allowing me to walk around the nearby plaza and do some shopping while they worked on my vehicle. When I came back to check on it( a bit earlier than what i was promised), they told me it would be another 30 mins. I decided to wait in the customers' lounge...the air conditioning, tv and massage chairs were great! more
