free rental car 4/21/2011

We recently moved out of Long Beach, so I tried scheduling an appointment with another Toyota service center closer to our new home. I was told they would need the car all day and that I could rent a car for $50 a day. I cancelled my appointment, and decided to go back to Hooman where I knew I could get a free rental car and friendly service. more

The waiting area outside is new and I really like it. Also it is much easier to hear what the person is saying to you about your car with the glass installed around the check in area. Great Job! more

Excellent Customer Service 4/7/2011

Hooman Toyota has excellent customer service and a friendly environment. I had purchased a toyota prius and they gave me the best deal in town. Everywhere else they tried to rip me off because they saw that im young and just wanted to take advantage of me. I reffered everyone to hooman toyota and will keep on reffering. By the way they have a VIP service that no other dealership can provide. I totally love this place!!!!!! more

Is right. Just making sure Hooman gets a fair shake. Some how some of these reviews are on the unfair side. As wrote: I was at Hooman Toyoto in Long Beach today looking for a new Camry. Rayan was the one helping me. I wanted a White one with tan interior, Unfortunately, they did not have one instock. He told me they can get one right away. I've indicated I'm also looking for a Nissan. Rayan told me they also have a New Nissan store just down the block. The Altima was my second choice. Eventhought I did not buy, the service was great. So I'm heading to Hooman Nissan. more

EXCELLENT DEALER!!! I know that when I go to a dealership, I'm there to battle. It is the nature of car buying to negotiate, disagree, and play poke with the dealer to see who wins. That's what I do, and that's why we go to dealers. There are fix priced online sites out there, but why? I'm out to get a low price for the car I want and get a high price for my trade-in. They do their part, I do my part. We negotiated and I got what I wanted. ----Thanks Hooman. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED--- more
