I first came to Hondar House for a second opinion after a Honda dealer had recommended an $800 repair. They said it was absolutely critical. So rather than pay $800 on what was then a three-year old Civic, I stopped by Hondar House. I spoke to Frank who, rather than offering me a cheaper estimate as I was expecting, told me that no repair was necessary. He was essentially turning away a new customer prepared to spend hundreds of dollars -- just not $800. That was 10 years ago. I have been coming to see Frank ever since and he has never changed his ways when it comes to dealing with customers. Frank has kept my Honda on the road for the past decade with very few repairs. Honda deserves some of the credit for this but so does Hondar House. Frank's friendliness, sincerity, and commitment to giving customers honest and high-quality service keeps me and others coming back.
