Almost as god as usual 7/19/2013

My latest experience was a little disappointing in that the initial problem wasn't fixed on the first attempt. Luckily, after the second attempt, all seems good. Nevertheless, my confidence in the car is shaken so I sold it. I still love Frank and Hondar House. more

The folks at Hondar House had me very satisfied when i gave them my car to replace tires on. They recommended the best type of tires for my car and once i dropped the car off i was back on the road in no time! Would highly recommend them! more

I had my AC replaced at great cost and it still didn't work correctly. I brought the car in & they worked on & fixed the problem, a leak, immediately (w/ no further labor charges). They were very sympathetic to my living out of state and needing the work done in a timely way. more

Always prompt, efficient and satisfying 7/12/2013

I travel over an hour to always come to Hondar House for both my husband's and my car. I use to work in Cambridge and live close by. When we moved I still felt it was important to keep coming because I can always trust Hondar House and feel safe with their work. I recommend their service without reservation. more

Frank was a pleasure to deal with yesterday July 3rd. Watching him multi-task was amusing, and I was amazed how he kept his cool. I needed my air conditioner serviced along with lots of other HONDA's and he fit me in and treated me well. I would recommend Hondar house! more

Unrivaled customer service! 7/3/2013

I first came to Hondar House for a second opinion after a Honda dealer had recommended an $800 repair. They said it was absolutely critical. So rather than pay $800 on what was then a three-year old Civic, I stopped by Hondar House. I spoke to Frank who, rather than offering me a cheaper estimate as I was expecting, told me that no repair was necessary. He was essentially turning away a new customer prepared to spend hundreds of dollars -- just not $800. That was 10 years ago. I have been coming to see Frank ever since and he has never changed his ways when it comes to dealing with customers. Frank has kept my Honda on the road for the past decade with very few repairs. Honda deserves some of the credit for this but so does Hondar House. Frank's friendliness, sincerity, and commitment to giving customers honest and high-quality service keeps me and others coming back. more

I hate car repairs and the hassle/stress they incite especially during a long week. Despite having no appointment and showing up with my car on a tow truck, the people at hondar house were very professional and polite to me the whole time. Although they couldn't fix the problem (I was having ECU issues and my car had to go to the acura dealership) they were very good at diagnosing the issue and didn't charge me for the time they spent looking at my car. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to use them for any future repair issues with my car more

Quick, in and out! 6/15/2013

I've been going to Hondar House for many years, they have always been very knowledgeable, honest and fair. The last time I was driving my sisters car and the check engine and Trac off light came on. 5 minutes after I was in I was out. They reset the warning lights and asked me to keep an Eye on them. I'm Very happy and feel no need to be ripped of by the dealer. more

Excellent professional service with a unique flavor 6/12/2013

Hondar House was highly recommended to me by a friend a few years back and I have been bringing my Honda to them regularly; last Monday, June 10, I had to leave it overnight. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job Phil has done on my Civic Ex - and the price was very decent too.
