Review content:
I have used Nissan of Stratham for my past 6 oil changes. On my last routine oil change, I was informed that I would need new brake shoes, and drums if I didn't replace the shoes within a couple weeks. I thought this was odd since my car was less than 2 years old and had less than 40,000 miles. I went to two other dealerships and was told that my front brakes were in perfect condition and I had another 15-20,000 miles on the rear brakes, by both other dealers. NISSAN OF STRATHAM TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A YOUNG, FEMALE DRIVER. Maybe they thought I would throw down the $400 ""estimate"" without question, who knows... Regardless, I will NEVER be going back and I HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere for maintenance. What kind of business intentionally attempts to perform service that is unnecessary and costly? Pros: free ""fresh"" fruit Cons: dishonest, shady service
