I stopped in and my only complaint was that it ended up taking much longer than I thought it would because I kept having such entertaining conversations with Bobby and Monique in finance. Honestly, that's not even a complaint...it was just as much my fault as theirs...they were just too fun! more

hands down the BEST car salesman 8/5/2010

I'm a little bit surprised about all of the negative reviews after the customer service I received in a recent visit. You see, right before Thanksgiving my car got totaled by some lady who ran a stop sign. Hence, I've been going around and looking at cars.\r \r While at Honda of Santa Monica I was helped by Mazi who was hands down the BEST car salesman I have personally encountered. For instance, he showed me where all of the civics were located on the lot (since that is what I was interested in buying). After this he told me he was going to stay out of my hair and give me some time to take everything in. When I was ready to test drive one of them he let me take it around wherever I wanted and afterward there was no pressure to buy whatsoever. He simply gave me his business card and told me the price was negotiable.\r more

Great Service Department 9/29/2009

I have had a Honda for 5 years and have taken my car to the service department a few times. They have always helped me and been very quick in fixing my car. Howard was very helpful in answering all of my questions, thanks Honda! Pros: Howard was a great help more
