DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! bought a used car July of 2010. Up to today still have not received my registration and plate. Turns out they sold a car that they didn't own....

Buying a car can be a nerve racking experience but my experience here at Downtown Honda in LA was first rate. The employees here are significantly better trained and more knowledgeable than any dealership I have ever been too. My sales guy Masud was probably the nicest sales man I have ever met in my life. I felt so at ease with him. The dealership really has great energy. This is my 8th Honda and I assure you I will only buy from Honda of Los Angeles from now on and only from Masud. more

I went to the service department today to get some work done on my Accord- I've been using this dealership for the past few years and I walked in today and the place was beautiful!! Juan my service advisor said there was a new owner and new management cleaning up the place...great job!!! I dropped my car off this morning- they took me to work in the dealership shuttle and they gave me a complimentary bottle of water..nice touch guys.. \r the service department at this store is great, the place is spotless, and the people that are their are fantastic- thanks Honda of Downtown Los Angeles!!!!! more

CAN'T say enough........... 4/16/2012

I'd been looking to get into a new car for a while, but couldn't find a dealership that could make it happen.........I have some credit issues and wanted my current car payments to stay in the same price range. I went to Honda of Downtown LA with very little hope of my experience being any different with them, but Joseph Youssef assured me that they could and would move mountains to make it happen. After picking the exact car I wanted & filling out the paperwork, HE MADE IT HAPPEN!! I was completely in shock (still am). He made sure the car was in absolutely mint condition (4 new tires, and any scratches or imperfections GONE) before I left with it. I honestly CAN'T say enough about how respectfully I was treated and how any & everyone that needed to get involved to make this deal happen and make me happy, DID!! They even bought me lunch while I was waiting for the paperwork to be drawn up. I would recommend this place to ANYONE who has been to other dealerships & thinks getting a loan and a new car is impossible and has lost the faith. These guys make miracles happen and are the best in my eyes. Every now and then I STILL call them to say THANKS!!! more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! bought a used car July of 2010. Up to today still have not received my registration and plate. Turns out they sold a car that they didn't own. Took my money, didn't pay the bank and now the bank that owns the car refuses to release the title. If anybody knows what I need to do to get this resolved, please message me. BAD NEWS HONDA! stay away!! more

Terrible Service - Don't Go Here! 9/4/2008

I called the service dept from the road when my horn suddenly went off without warning and wouldn't stop. The man on the other line wouldn't tell me how to disengage my horn, insisting that I bring my car in to the shop, despite the fact that it was rush hour, I was in Burbank, and they're located downtown and it was about to close. Without warning he transferred me to someone's voicemail, so I called him right back. He reluctantly spouted off instructions, which I could not catch all of and when I asked him to repeat himself he angrily asked me if there was anyone else around me, ""Can you just get a man?"" I asked him what a man had to do with anything, to which he flippantly replied, ""OK, you don't want my help? Good bye!"" before hanging up the line. I've reported the dealership to corporate and filed a complaint against the man whose name is Chan Park. Cons: Poor customer service, unhelpful, rude, sexist more
